Read the Garcia Family’s March Prayer Letter & Help Us Pray for Them as They Serve God in Honduras
March 2026
We had a wonderful March. Our little Sofia is five now and learning to read, and we are realizing more than ever how time does pass you by.
We have been meeting new people and making contacts, and one of our favorite outreaches
this month was on Father’s Day (March 19th here in Honduras). We set up a table outside of
our church building with a sign inviting all fathers to stop for free coffee and snacks. Each
father also got a church invitation that has a gospel message written on it. It was a successful
day for getting the good news out and I was able to have conversations with several of the
men who stayed to talk and ask questions about our church as they sipped their coffee. We are
prayerful that God will bless our efforts.
During one of our other weekly outreaches that we do as a family we met a gentleman named
Franklin, who openly shared that he has been an agnostic until a recent death in his family,
and he has been searching for someone to teach the Bible to him. He expressed a high interest
in coming to a service, and said God put us in his path, but so far has not come to church, and
we are sure the enemy is doing everything he can to keep him distracted from coming. Please
pray for Franklin.
Amber is continuing to talk to a new friend that she made while grocery shopping several weeks ago. They met up for coffee one evening recently and the conversation was really good. This woman is very open to spiritual things and Amber is continuing in contact with her and praying for more opportunities to get together.
Please be praying that the Lord will bring more visitors to our Sunday services through these outreaches.
I want to end this update by asking you to please be in prayer for our little Elianna. We have some concerns that have been developing over the last couple of months and at an appointment last week we got the difficult news that her symptoms indicate a potentially serious health problem. I’m not going to give details until we know more but she is probably going to get an MRI soon to give us more information to work with. We are prayerfully hopeful that it will be a very minor issue, and we ask you to pray the same.
Thank you for your continuing prayers and love for our family and the people of Honduras.

Andrew and Amber Garcia Vision Baptist Missions PO Box 647 Dawsonville, GA 30534
