Wednesday Updates:
Zoom Link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/8010365039
We hope you will join us for our Wednesday Bible Study, in person at 2pm or over zoom at 7pm. After taking a week off we are eager to get back into the book of Proverbs.
This is a cleaning week, which means if you join us in person at 1:30pm we will be cleaning the church. With everyone's help this usually only takes about 20 minutes, but it fills a big need at SLBC.
Also, our 2pm Bible study group will be packing food bags for Southside Elementary School. Thank you to everyone who donates to our Downs Food Program. Your donation helps feed students at risk of hunger over the weekends. God has worked through this program in many ways and your donations help support God's work.
Prayers:
While we had many prayer request this past Sunday, we want to highlight one that was answered: Josh Anderson's dad had a successful surgery this past Monday. Our God is a Great and Awesome God. We praise Him for His blessings. - If you have prayer request you can send them to us by text or through our website under prayer request.

Ours reminds us why we exist as a church: “We exist to be voices for God’s Word and hands for God’s work.” We are to proclaim His Word faithfully and put it into practice through loving service. This is more than a statement—it …
